KLEE'S LIMINAL TOPOGRAPHY

Completed in the earliest semester of my architecture experience, this project takes a famous painting by Paul Klee and uses editorial means of pre- and post-processing to subtract, divide, and separate graphic elements. In step by step format, the elements are then taken into Rhino and extruded into surfaces that become a remediated topography and uneven terrain. A resulting 3d model was laser cut and constructed to represent each computer-generated geographical detail.
